The European COST Action FA0906 on “UV-B radiation: A specific regulator of plant growth and food quality in a changing climate (UV4growth)” aims to develop an integrated vision of the role of UV-B in plant growth across a range of organizational levels and natural and agricultural systems. In this context, this COST Action in collaboration with the Emirates journal of Food and Agriculture is going to publish a special issue on “Plant responses to ultraviolet radiation”, mainly focusing the roles of antioxidants and pro-oxidants.

EJFA is proudly announcing the indexing in Scopus. EJFA content will be available there soon.This will definitely enhance the visibility of articles in EJFA and ultimately the citations. Scopus is a highly influential index and largest citation database of research literature and quality web sources covering nearly 18,000 titles from more than 5,000 publishers. Scopus is managed by Elsevier. |

Increased the Indexing and IC Value of EJFA |

| The indexing of Emirates Journal of Food and Agriculture (EJFA) has been increased to a wide variety of international bibliographic databases and abstracting services. You can see that the number of indexing of EJFA is now 85. And, recently, Index Copernicus International released their 2010 IC value for the world’s most important scholarly journals. The EJFA received an IC value of 5.28 which is a good number while comparing with previous years. | |
